We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unworn items with attached original tags. Please get in touch with our customer service team to initiate a return.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email with confirmation of postage and a tracking number.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, please follow the same process as returning it and then place a new order for the desired item. Contact our customer service team if you need assistance.
What shipping options are available?
For UK orders we offer Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour delivery and Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
